"Nice hotel not too far from LONG BEACH AIRPORT. Spent our 15yr. Wedding anniversary here, we just wanted to stay in and enjoy the amenities offered but we had plans. The breakfast was plentiful and they had more than 2 waffle makers which was a good thing. Their walk in showers were nice and big and their toiletries were DOVE brand. Would definitely stay here again if in town."

"Staybridge Long Beach was very nice place. The rooms had a full kitchen and a large bathroom/shower (I had small room for 2). The bed was extremely comfortable, everything neat and clean. Continental breakfast was the low point… they had the worst bacon I’ve ever had, not kidding. But other than that it was decent. Overall I’d definitely stay there again."

"If you are flying into Long Beach it is very convenient. The airport shuttle was wonderful. There were many people who were staying overnight to catch a cruise the next day so it was a great hotel for that. My room was cozy and spotless. The IHG hotels have the most comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast is always superb with everything you can think of. I would definitely stay here again."

"Beware Hotel is absolutely beautiful but customer service and management is HORRIBLE !! We arrived around 2:30pm and was told our room wasn't ready give them till 3pm. Which is fine because checkin isn’t till 3pm. Our room wasn’t available till 5pm??? Manager Sasha was completely rude and had horrible customer service. He speaks to customer very arrogant and threatens to CANCEL your reservation. Even though the hotel looks nice the way me and my family were treated. I would never recommend this hotel. He treated us like he was doing us a favor for allowing us to stay at a hotel we PAID full price. If i could rate the mangers customer service -5 stars. ⭐️ He treated multiple people this way in my presence."

"So close to being a five-star place. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The place is nice and also has a pool table and family area to hang out in. One big No No breakfast was one of the worst complimentary breakfasts. I believe it was due to the workers. The Utensils had food stuck to them, and I mean the majority of the silverware was dirty. Disgusting. the food was cold. Cold potatoes, watery eggs. The area wasn't stocked or clean. If you need a nice place to stay and don't want the breakfast this place is it."
