"Great and affordable place to stay if you're an artist trying to get on their feet. Lots of like-minded people and plenty of accommodations for getting your artistry done, especially if you're trying to get in on the music industry. Also if you're in the music industry, you're likely to meet a ton of cool folks who are in the same boat as you. Solid place for community and affordability."

"Bedbugs in most rooms without fumigation, roach infestation in the kitchen, management/RA on drugs, amenities advertised do not exist such as studio, no maid service, there is no vetting of guests therefore not a artist community but a halfway house, you will mostly live with people who are close to homelessness or battling addiction, no internet for months at a time, faulty hot water, witnessed somebody OD on the premises, fights as well as rampant theft among guests, landlord and property management company are unprofessional, it is run shoddily and under the table with informal leases & hiring, Landlord offers expedited return of deposit in return for a 5 star review, ignore them, they are fake reviews. Spend the extra $50 - $100 for a huge difference in quality of living somewhere else, trust me."

"I stayed at the Artist Housing for one month and half, and it was a great stay. I met very interesting people there. There are many creatives, it was a very inspiring atmosphere. The location is very good, being few minutes by walk from the 7th street / Flower st. red line subway station. Next time I'll visit L.A., I'll come back here for sure."
