"Great location if you’re looking to stay in Koreatown. Lots of late night, and early morning, eats and drinks. Staff are wonderful and helpful. Parking is a great deal at 15/day. Rooms come with additional charges not in quoted price (ex: LA hotel fee at 35/day). Rooms are dated and walls very thin. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. You will hear your hotel neighbors in the hall and in their rooms. You will hear LA - sirens, screaming, traffic, helicopters."

"It was such a pleasure staying here. Quiet, clean, close to the metro, and the staff was so accommodating and kind. Breakfast was fresh with many options, including choices like building your own breakfast sandwich and waffles. Overall I was so impressed! Thank you to the staff for going above and beyond to help us out due to a flight delay. I would for sure stay here again!"

"Great location and spacious rooms. But the hospitality service provided by the house keepers is terrible. The first day of room service, they threw off our pajamas on the floor. Breakfast staff were rude, esp. the younger looking one, they never greeted with a smile. They looked pissed to be there. There was only one Korean staff that was very friendly."

"We searched for literally hours online to find a place to stay for our Universal Studios Hollywood trip. Finding this gem was well worth the headache! Rooms were very clean, and the beds were better than decent. Pod coffee in room with fridge and microwave. Breakfast was AMAZING for a continental breakfast. Lobby was always clean and staffed by friendly and helpful team members. Lots of great food options nearby (we loved Tokyo Hamburg). Universal Studios was a short 15 minute drive with no traffic. 10/10 would stay here again!"
