"Was booked here for a week for work and all I wanted to at the end of each day was sit by the pool and relax but every time I attempted to access the pool there was a "private event" but I could catch a cab and travel15 minutes away to another rooftop pool. I checked out and found a better place with less private events."

"This hotel is phenomenal; great service and the rooms were very nice and spacious. Location is great too, across the street from Century City Mall, with many shops, grocery store, and restaurants located in this outdoor mall (3-5min walk from the hotel). Bathroom and shower is very modern and very big. The hotel is very luxurious and a true 5 star hotel. Parking is valet only at $70/night though."

"This hotel has an amazing staff that treats everyone with respect and kindness. The quality of the room are what you expect from a Luxury hotel. Everyday felt like a new day here and I couldn't have been happier with my stay. The food was amazing at the bar, the chef's cooking is some of the best food I have had at a hotels if not the best! The old fashions at the bar are a must have. If you are staying here more than two days please make sure you try the gym and Spa, both are world class and even if you don't workout the spa will relax your every muscle. The rooms are modern and spacious and the bathroom is just the perfect size for a bath or a relaxing shower. I couldn't believe what I was stepping into every day. This is a great hotel! I would stay here again!"

"I took My daughters on A universal studio Trip, I decided to stay in the action of Los Angeles, Fairmont Hotel was right in the center of the action everything else seemed so close and hassle free even in the busy city! We were welcomed with attendant valet and concierge for our Bags! We didn't have to lift a finger! Me used to being independent felt very safe in the staff there! The rooms were very modern! And we enjoyed the beautiful views from our balcony!!!!! We stayed for 3 nights ! And we wish the trip had not come to an end so soon! We felt so welcomed and comfortable ! Such a. Classy hotel!"
