"Initially booked a 1 night stay and then a couple of days prior to checkin needed to book another. In that process I booked the wrong room as the first time and then needed to book again for the same room type as the first booking. France checked us in and was phenomenal with his service. He made sure that we would be put in the same room for both days so we wouldn’t have to check out and check back in and he also processed a refund for the duplicate booking. He did so without hesitation and put us at ease. We’re staying in a 1 bedroom suite with a toddler, a travel cot was sent to our room straight away, there is lots of floor space and the room is very quiet. The blinds are so good at keeping all the light out for our toddler to nap. Overall would highly recommend and will definitely be back here. Thanks France and team"

"It's very close to the airport and has shuttle service to the airport along with long-term parking for a cost. They have a nice bar/restaurant in the hotel which serves a large enough menu. I did not partake in it due to being familiar with restaurants in the area and wanting Thai. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. It looked was clean upon entry and the bathroom is nice. They even have a mini fridge, microwave, and desk to work at if you are staying here and need to complete some computer work or want to draw. It was a nice place to stay. The staff seemed nice. I have no complaints"

"Rooms are dark and have incredibly thin walls. We did not have enough towels at all (1 for the whole room) and we could hear the conversation next door clearly all night. The shuttle was also variable in service and at times did not come for over 30 min increments. Would not recommend at all. The thing that was good is that the service and front desk staff are very nice and helpful (as helpful as they can be when they are selling paper thin walls and dark rooms)."

"Beddings are of high quality. Room is tastefully decorated. Room & lobby area are clean. Able to leave luggage at the front desk if room is not yet ready. Breakfast area is nice and a bit upscale compere to your regular best western breakfast area. Great offerings eggs, bacon, pastries, fruit yogurt, pancakes waffles. coffee tea etc. Area is clean and bright. ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT: Definitely need extra staff at the counter. A painful long wait to get checked in or if you just need a quick talk with the staff, always a bit of a wait. For the price they charge the hotel can afford more staff at the front."
