"This is a great no frills type of place where you get a lot for a very fair price. Each room is like a studio apartment that offers full size kitchen, that is fully stocked. Kitchen wares such as a coffee pot, toaster oven, full size fridge/freezer, oven, stove, microwave, airfryer and all the cooking and eat utensils that you need to make a nice dinner. Which for me while I am traveling is huge. I would much rather stay in a place like this than a more traditional hotel. I find that if I have access to a kitchen, is will get groceries and cook in atead of eating out. Which saves me money and makes me feel so much better."

"Such a cute place! The outside of the motel was so inviting, lots of flowers, murals, and a water feature, so well maintained! Everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly! Rooms are spacious, clean, renovated, and even a full kitchen! Absolutely love and recommend this motel!"

"This hotel has all the charm of a California 60's hotel with the bonus of updated amenities! We were treated to a kitchen suite with a full-sized refrigerator and gas stove/oven. The room was spacious and the bathroom was better than most 4 star hotels with beautiful new tile work. Though on a busy street, the room was quiet. Housekeeping was outstanding and the room was very clean. The manager was very attentive and helpful. A major drawback to our vacation was our dog getting hit by a car. Patrick (the manager) was amazing by helping her and then locating a vet hospital for us. He helped us arrange for a longer stay to accommodate for her surgery and continued to check on her daily. A big thanks to everyone at Viking Motel!"
