"This is the third time I’ve come and they can’t find the order from my doctor because they won’t get up and look at the fax machine. The employees always seem indignant and surly when I suggest they check the machine. Of course it’s always there. Unfortunately they have my historical records so it’s hard to change. I’ve used Labcorp in the past and they were great."

"I normally have some good experiences here with some people, but I would not suggest this place for a drop off of your specimen. I went here because not many locations are available Saturday. I was told to wait with a number for them to come and pick up specimen. I had to ask people drawing blood after waiting for about 20-30 minutes because I had no idea when they were going to get my stool. Also I don’t know when my specimen was going to expire while waiting. I finally got served after asking, but for anyone who doesn’t want to know how long to drop off I would recommend going somewhere else with a receptionist in the front. Just to drop off specimen you should not wait with no idea when you will be served."
