"Older property but well maintained! Great location with access to OAKLAND INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. While the restaurant/bar has limited hours during the day, the dinner we had was plentiful and prepared very well; very tasty!"

"The hotel met all the expectations of a airport hotel. The restaurant experience was disappointing. The web site says open until 11 and after an all day flight and getting in late we were informed it closed at 10. An airport restaurant should be open later! The restaurant is not open for lunch and only had take out which was not accommodating to travelers. The bar tender was excellent by the way."

"This one of the worst hotels. It earned 1 star because it has hot water and a bathtub and a good mattress and pillows. I got a complementary toothbrush. It's noisy and I can hear echos and voices and beats. It's hard to sleep. It smells old and musty not in a good way. The toilet kept belching and spitting water and bubbles out randomly. It was messy and annoying. The floor in the bathroom was cracked and scratched and the grout is dirty. The tub is scratched up and the grout is black and moldy. The front desk man was rude and short. I asked for a crib to be brought to my room he said "probably not, I don't even know if we have one." Then I called the front desk and waited 20 min...then I went down to the front desk and asked a third time. Finally it was brought. The door wouldn't open. Even with my card someone had to let me in.The area is scary. The carpet is hideous. The rooms are pretty small. Good mattress, good pillows."

"This is a hotel from the 1950s. It had an update but it’s still pretty shabby, but clean. I was traveling with my 85-year-old elder, and they put us in a building far away from the restaurant in the front desk. It’s a sprawling hotel. If you have issues walking demand to be put in building one. The restaurant is outrageously expensive and loud. The airport shuttle service is great and the front desk service was helpful. I will not stay here again. I would stay at the Hyatt next door, which is much more modern and the restaurant is better."
