"I was ready to write a good review until I requested to extend my stay, made the new reservation at the front desk on Tuesday and then told today (the day my original reservation ended and my new one was to begin) that they are not able to honor my reservation because the room I am in "smells like dog." They knew we had 2 dogs in our room and all over the website it says dog friendly. The manager informed us that because of the "dog smell" they wont be able to rent the room for a week. So she cancelled my new reservation and said she could let me stay tonight! The weekend before Christmas they expect me to find somewhere to stay! I am a disabled senior and had to scramble to find somewhere else to stay after they made my reservation and then cancelled it!"

"Your Manager on duty on November 21, 2023 at 12pm went above and beyond for me she did amazing making me feel welcome. I most definitely will be using this location again because of the care that she shown me. My room was top notch and I was very happy."

"Been here since Nov. 29th and has been a very, very great stay. Each day that we have been here has been amazing. Have two kids and my husband. Currently pregnant as well and are in a 1 bedroom room where we make things work for the four of us. Love the services here. Especially when going to the office to get ice and seeing Ms. Eleanor (the manager), and James makes the best out of our day. They love seeing our kids and are very, very nice."

"I had originally booked for two weeks but intended to book longer. There wasn’t a better deal to be had and with such a stellar location close to everything it made my time out here so hassle free. My favorite part was probably getting to speak with James and Eleanor though I mostly dealt with Eleanor . She tended to my needs and made sure that me and my hound were properly accommodated while James even called me on my 35 plus hour drive to ensure that I made it to my destination . If the owner of the business can see this I highly recommend giving these two raises that they so rightfully deserve. Thank you both for making my stay in California a delightful one"
