"Definitely is super quiet, but it also depends on whom you have living above you. The upstairs unit above my family and I have had HAVE BEEN A LIVING HELL"
"The gym(jim) here is great. As you can see this guy is yoked. When you pull up to the gym with 4 Mt dew and mix it with your creatine... your doing something right. We had some great pumps here and I'd recommend it to anybody. Had plenty of machines to use in order to get huge."
"Waterscape.. more like hellscape, this place is a ghetto nightmare & I wouldn’t wish my worst enemy live here. It was decent at first but once new management took over this place immediately went down hill. We only lived here a year & the mail boxes were broken into twice expect the second time we were never notified with any update or that they were working to be fixed. Parking is stupid because your basically paying for a spot anyone & everyone will park in, & people will threaten you over your own parking spot. Lol this place is a joke at most. Live here at your own discretion not to mention the walls, windows & floor are paper thin. So if you enjoy your neighbors conversations you’ll have a blast here."
"Just avoid this place. Amenities are cool, apartments don’t look too bad but other than that it’s not worth it. As everyone says parking is a nightmare, packages are stolen, mailboxes are broken into constantly even though it’s a “gated” community (gates were also broken and left open many times.) my husbands car was also gone through twice, luckily one night we parked close enough to hear the alarm go off. From my experience management absolutely sucks, and the turnover rate is insane. Not worth the money in my opinion. Very happy to be out (:"
