"These people continually come into our office and try to "sell" us stuff after we've repeatedly told them to stop coming in. One guy came in 5 times, he's around 22, despite the fact I told him to stop coming in. The last time he's just standing there as I say to him "I've told you FOUR times already to stop coming in here and you come in again. What does it take to get you to stop harassing us?" And he just stands there. I ask him "why in the world are you still here?" His pea brain was going through the list of sales responses they are taught to use to respond to every remark a potential customer says and he couldn't come up with anything. You could see the hamster on the wheel in his head. He came very close to me physically removing him. I don't understand this behavior. If we've told you we'll never use your "company" why would you continually come back here? The main guy Brandon was calling my phone and leaving messages earlier this year saying "hey, we talked a couple weeks ago about your printer problems, let's set up a time to meet and discuss what we can do for you." We never talked. We don't have printer problems. Does this lame lie work with anyone? Is there honestly someone going "wow, I don't remember talking to him at all but let me get him in here so I can hear more of what he has to say?" I mean, does lying to people like this actually work with anyone? This is how you get "business?" I had to have our IT department block this nut's number. He still tried to come in yet again. Finally I went to building management and it turns out a lot of companies in our building are tired of these people harassing them. So they are literally looking into legal action. This is a no solicitation building yet these scumbags keep coming in here harassing numerous companies despite being told to stop. But don't take it from me. Look at the other reviews here. Look at their other yelp reviews in their Portland and Seattle office. Even look at their Glassdoor reviews from former employees about how shady these people are. I was reading some of the Glassdoor review and the first couple were about how great they were treated and how they learned stuff and I thought it was odd - then down further you find out these are shill reviews they did themselves (same as "reviews" here where people talk about how great it is to work for them - those are shill reviews folks). Completely sleazy people in every sense of the word. They make Solar Salesman and Car Dealers look like Mother Teresa. There's a proper way to conduct business and there's a sleazy underhanded way. Guess which one these people are. Please folks, I know some people fall for their scams - be very careful."

"Terrible service company - may be ok for purchase but no long term relationship. They ceased service as we got behind on payments, this makes sense. But they keep billing for service they weren't providing for over two years!!! I own the machine and now they are trying to bill me for more than the cost of the machine for a period of time they did nada."
