Walmart

"If you just want to grab a small thing and go, don't come to this Walmart. It takes at least 15 minutes for you to check out. And also, never think about returning anything to this Walmart, it takes forever."

"I have been having a lot of bad experiences at this very store. They are not well equiped to be serving as a store. Things are not well organized and this store does not care about customer satisfaction. For example, there were a frustrating amount of customers in the checkout counter as there was only one that was open. Staff were roaming around aimlessly, while the self checkout kiosks were closed. Furthermore, when asked for help their expressions were subpar. The staff member then proceeded to say "NO"on my face as I was hoping to checkout with my two items. Their attitude screamed "we don't care". I was very disatisfied with the overall experience and will not come again. I hope this review found future customers well."

"Clerk: "What can I do for you?" "Give me money." I said with a smile holding out my driver's license. "Well, you're going to have to give me more information than that!" Without telling me what more I needed to give her. "I have a transaction number," I told her. She again stated that I needed to give her more information without telling me what more she needed. She would not take my DL, just stood there glaring at me. I was still holding out my DL and told her I was confused. She told me that I could be robbing her. I explained that a robber probably wouldn't smile at her or offer an ID and transaction number. She said she was going to call the police, which I thought would be a good idea and I told her that. I mean, after all, she had my money and was not giving it to me, which seems like a form of theft. I asked her how do we proceed from here. She said she wasn't going to help me. I thought, well you're already doing that. The next clerk took my ID and transaction number asked for my phone number and gave me my money, so no need for the police."

"Why is the parking lot so dark and gloomy ? It is unsafe. Most of the lights in the parking lot are out. I can’t understand why one of the wealthiest company in America has no respect for the shopping experience and safety for Walmart’s customers ? Interestingly the Kohl’s and party city next to Walmart are well lit and parking lights are working. Walmart make your parking lot bright and well lit !"

"This Walmart is filled with stuff for the festival season. Though it’s not a super center, most things are there including vision center. Returns usually take bit more time. Also it’s hard to find help. Walmart App helps to find where the stuff we are looking for. Most time you don’t get anyone to help at Fragrance section"
