"I purchased several items from Patio World in Pleasanton over 13 years ago and all the items are holding up strong. People mentioned their products are pricey but you get what you pay for - high quality and everlasting. I honestly trust the quality of their products and recently went back to the Pleasanton store and purchased a dining table set. The sales rep., Donald Bonasia customer service was the best. I sent him a photo of my deck and he sent me pictures back with options (I’m 30 minutes away). My to go place for patio/deck furniture. Zero sales tax promotion is a plus!"

There was only one sales person and they were busy talking to someone. Besides, we found the exact same items online for a fraction of the price later so the trip was totally not worth it."
