"Just had the WORST experience checking out with the young lady at the front this Sunday afternoon around 2:30pm. This is my go to Staples and I have NEVER had any employee there behave soooooooo BADLY until today! She asked me if I needed a bag before I paid and that if I wanted to use my points I need to go the app. She also told me that it's a good question to ask (about the bag) and I repeated I haven't paid yet..And then she proceeded to tell me she just started her shift...wow, what does that have to do with me, then maybe she go home instead of working the check out.Such an ugly attitude for five items, I felt like I was bothering her from texting or standing around.. I spoke with Rachel the manager after I left on my way home and she apologized on her behalf. Dear Staples owner, I realize these young adults want to get paid for standing doing nothing and act like they deserve more money, but can you please train this special employee better on tone, respect, attitude, customer service and how to do your job at a basic level. I would have preferred a self-check aisle if one was available. Thank you."

"This is for a young asian lady at copy and print station. You are so kind and patient. She works by herself at the counter. I went there print few paper for my project and need to coil them. She did it for me without charging any. I asked her is she sure about it cuz she work for it. She insist to not collect money for me. How nice she is. This is not about money but as people. "The handicap parking spaces are about as far from the entrance as you can put them. NONE of the close spaces are handicap spaces, & there's a 4" high 'sidewalk' right next to the handicap spaces that us disabled folks are expected to somehow climb up on? Horribly & completely inaccessible"

"Came in looking for a quality paper shredder, I was greeted by the store manager who went out of his way to help me choose one that I needed. He pulled 2 of the models that I was interested in off the floor and ran paper through them so I could see the options as well as noise level and how fast they actually shred. I ended up purchasing a 20 sheet industrial model "that I have put through it's paces" My only complaint is the warranty is only for 15 days or for $100 or so I can get a 3 year warranty. I passed on the "pay for warranty deal" over all I was very happy with the service and product."
