"As a 20 year daily cigar smoker I have to say this is one of the best cigar lounges in San Diego.Its got a comfortable lounge,excellent cigar selection,friendly customer service and more than reasonable prices.I live about a 15 min drive away and it's been worth the drive every time I go there for a smoke or to pick up a few cigars to go. Two thumbs up!!"

"Came to this shop on the recommendation of a friend and to support a local shop Wont make that mistake again. I bought a Romeo and Juliet’s Reserve Churchill. I took the stick (cigar) out of the plastic wrap and the leaf wrapper broke off. It didn’t unravel, it broke off. I said ok, might just be a weird thing with this one. Called the shop and spoke to the guy who sold me the cigar. I explained to him the cigar is overly dry and the wrapper broke off. I asked him if I could exchange it for another one. He said, “We don’t do returns.” I said, “I’m not looking for a return I just want to smoke a cigar and an exchange for a good one.” He said, “We don’t do those either.” Really? You sold me a cigar thats no good and you won’t even do an even exchange? Kind of a d*ck move. Lesson learned. Well I wont be becoming over here anymore. Horrible customer service and straight up wrong."
