"Store employees doing the shopping for online orders really take over the grocery aisles! And act put out if you say excuse me to get around them! The cashiers at this store are something else! Last time the cashier told me since I had my own bags, I had to bag my purchases! Today, the cashier told me I had to open my bags and hand them to her! What is with that!? Something isn't right here!"

"Customer service from Rosy, Brandon, and Emmanuel at this Walmart is absolutely horrendous. From the moment I reached out for help, I was met with rude and unhelpful representatives who seemed more interested in belittling me than actually assisting with my issue. I was repeatedly told to wait for long periods of time, only to talk to someone who couldn't even comprehend the problem I was facing. The lack of empathy and understanding displayed by the customer service team was truly appalling. They seemed to have no interest in actually resolving my issue and instead just gave me the runaround, passing me from one person to another without any real solutions being offered. It was as if they were deliberately trying to frustrate me and make me give up on seeking help. Not only were Brandon and Emmanuel unhelpful, but they were also extremely condescending and dismissive. They spoke to me as if I were inconveniencing them by reaching out for assistance, and made me feel like my concerns were unwarranted. It was clear that they had no intention of providing genuine support and were only interested in getting rid of me as quickly as possible. Overall, my experience with customer service was a complete nightmare. I felt ignored, disrespected, and ultimately abandoned when it came to resolving my issue. I would strongly advise anyone considering going to this walmart to think twice, as their customer service is beyond atrocious. Save yourself the frustration and headache and take your business to a different walmart."

"Great visit except for TOO MUCH RESTOCKING DURING BUSY AFTERNOON. The stock crew are always nice. Kind and polite. The only other complaint is cosmetics clerk didn't know what WITCH HAZEL was! It's important peeps to know your products so you can assist your customers. I also asked a male clerk walking near the cosmetics "corral", as I call it. He didn't know what Witch Hazel was (or it's exact location either)- didn't expect him to. But he did direct me to the Cosmetics department. Store was clean, organized and attractively displayed. The temperature and lighting was pleasant. Customers were friendly. And our check out clerk was EXTREMELY KIND, PATIENT, WARM AND FRIENDLY. I WILL BE BACK."

"I ordered pickup service from this location. My order was ready on time and was correct. The employees were all very nice. I walked inside the store, and it was clean and well organized. I was able to park my bobtail semi truck near the pickup area for a couple hours and nobody complained or told me to leave. Overall it was a great experience."

"Well there's good news and bad news about this Walmart yes it is Walmart that is true but to get paint like spray paint out of the log cabinet I waited 7 and 1/2 minutes before my mom walked off to go find a person who still was unable to help us it was early morning like 8:30 and I get it they're doing other things but I'm a customer so treat me better always."
