"This is for bakery. Ive been buying cakes there for years. This week I ordered a cake. I wanted a certain style but she acted prepotent and wanted to do it her way without my choices. Even the time i asked for the cake she made a fuzz about it and wanted it at a later time than what I choosed. She needs more customer service skills"

"Everything I wanted was in stock. They have a great sale with buy 2 get 3 free 12 packs of soda and there was plenty of it. The store was clean. There were only a couple of registers open but it wasn't very crowded."

"Union has no control over behavior of employees . Smug , rude , disrespectful , only saw a few adult tenured employees who understood professional union grocery store attitude . Seemed to be trying to be productive and positive despite the rest of the young haughty borderline almost dangerous union staff . After this "shopping experience" I am convinced that if the union in charge of its horrid employees , for which the their union is responsible , does not educate said employees , this very nice store with it's extremely sweet and nice and pretty and friendly manager lady , I feel sorry for HER ,.. AND the tenured union members who understand professional courtesy and friendly service in a grocery store , .. idk , .. just to bad seeing people slamming down food boxes on carts , sweepers who look like they're going to push you over with the broom checkers throwing around your food at checkout sling bags like it's worthless garbage , offended that I asked for EBT bags as well as using my teacher girlfriends reusable bags and then trying to cram , the bagger that is now , cram all the food into one Albertsons bag , pathetic , I had to ask the cashier , are you union . Ya . Older tenured employees versus young people who are driving away 10,000$$$ a day minimum of will not return , nor willl I , customers . Union is supposed to make a better employee . And such a beautiful store for the union to ruin . I remember when the grocery union was held in high regard . So it's come to the . Disgusting . Sad for tenured employees and sad for super sweet manager , Sunday afternoon , December 3 , 2023 . And the neighborhood deserves better . Might be they're all wanting this store to close . Make a person not trust THE FOOD SAFETY . . When my dad founded a federal law enforcement union , members were held accountable . . To bad , I will not go to that Albertsons again . I think I had the same experience at Albertsons Eastlake AND springvalley . MUST BE A SUPER TERRIBLE UNION !!! . not accountable . ruining their own future earning potential . I'd say 20,000$ a day in lost customers further raising prices till the store closes and lost shopping center , lost jobs . Uhg , horrible , scary store , manager must be terrified to even work ."
