"Had a company event I needed last minute decorations and balloons for. I showed up early to pick up the items I ordered online for pickup and the two women that assisted me were super sweet and accommodating. They blew up all of the balloons and tied them up beautifully, staggering them so they were tiered/layered and balanced. The store was also well organized. Great store and staff."

"Terrible. 20 people waiting in line and 1 cashier! Line never went down, and cashier never increased! It is UW Madison graduation soon other schools in a couple of months. The manager poorly planned this weekend and should be reprimanded. Took 15 minutes in line to get to cashier. I have included a photo to prove it. Felt so bad for cashier, I would of ordered the person filling balloons to help. I would of told people getting balloons filled would be a little bit. They were telling people on phone to call back because so busy could not take orders on phone. Also s lot of people had 25% discount that expired today. REAL RECEIPE FOR DISASTER AND SHOWED! oh yeah, they regional manager shoukd be reprimanded too."
