"I emailed a single page document to their email for self-serve printing multiple times from two emails. It did not work. I spoke to the woman at the “help” desk and she said she couldn’t help me and if she could there would be an additional fee of $2.50. I certainly left and went to a competitor and got it done for $0.19! Customer service at this location is consistently poor! Avoid at all costs!"
