"This location just can’t get it right. I’ve ordered pick-up, delivery, and in person at this spot on Port Washington and there’s always an issue (forgotten items, wrong sandwich, etc). Today they forgot the turkey on the turkey (beach) club. Not only does this location consistently get my order wrong, the customer service is severely lacking. Avoid this place if you’re craving freaky fast food and friendly service."

"Did an online order as I got an email that I had a free sandwich available & I was on my way home from a long road trip. Ordered a cookie because if my sandwich was free, right? I walked in & the lady ahead of me told to me to go ahead as she was still deciding. (Nice, right?) The kid at the counter was staring down at the register as if I didn't exist. A young lady behind him said, hi - then he realized I was standing there. No thank you, nada. Customer service is important, just sayin..."

"Definitely not the fastest location I’ve been to. They took forever even though there was only one person in front of me and nobody was doing any other orders they were just poking around behind the line. Half of the restaurant looks like a storage unit. Could’ve been cleaner. I guess it’s just a new standard."
