"Never had a poor experience at this location until tonight. Online order for pick up….was not ready at the time indicated. But the worst part was the fact that the wrap wasn’t even correct. Thai chicken wrap ordered….no wontons, carrots, or peanut sauce. No clue what the sauce was on it and it had tomatoes. Didn’t realize until already on the road so wasn’t worth the drive back. Ended up in the garbage as it was gross. Train you employees to get the food correct please"
"The service here is just terrible. The employees seemed liked they loathed your very existence for being there and them having to serve you. The one guy behind the counter was dragging his feet the whole time. Then when it came time for our smoothies to be made, he decided it was time to start cleaning instead of make our smoothies. The girl was chewing gum while dealing with food which is completely disgusting in my opinion. I honestly don't think I'll be coming back here. I also see other comments about terrible service and I wonder, what is being done about that?"
"I’ve been coming here for the past month and each time I come back their food quality it’s getting worse and worse. I work across the street, so I almost always come during my lunch break, but this will be the last time coming here unfortunately. I ordered an Island punch smoothie, and it looked unusual as when I always order. It also tasted washed out. I also ordered a Chipotle chicken flatbread and as the side I had ordered a Kale salad. Kale salad did not look appetizing this time. It looked like it had been sitting out and refrigerated again. As I was waiting for my food it looked like the young ladies taking orders also are also making smoothies and one of them did not wash their hands after another customer paid in cash. On top of that I had to wait almost 15 min for my food, until I asked the girl up front. She laughed at my face when I asked her if they had called my name because my food had been sitting there and they never attempted to call my name. There were only a few customers waiting. I wouldn’t want anyone else getting sick. Here’s a picture of the kale salad. Absolutely disgusting. Stop wasting your $15-$20 in this place."
