"Look...I know it's McDonald's so don't expect 5 stars but this place was horrible. Ice machine broken, soda flat, food cold, order wrong and you better not complain about anything in your order because you will get yelled at. I heard an employee bringing back food because the customer said the food was cold, the response "give her a refund because aren't doing this today. Don't remake her food." So naturally when I received cold fried and a quarter pounder with missing cheese, I didn't say anything. Hostile atmosphere. I would go elsewhere."
"All out crazy experience. Ordered food in drive thru (no one else in line). I was told to pull up to wait. 25 mins later I walk in to ask where the food is and manager starts asking what I need. I told her how long I had been waiting, then she said my food was ready. She then proceeded to hand me a bag with the wrong food. I asked her to check it, it was all wrong. We left and I ended up throwing the food away as the inside of the restaurant was disgusting and I couldn’t be sure the food was handled properly."
"We will not be back. We waited over 30 minutes for a mobile order (of just McNuggets), with no way to cancel the order and no one answering the phone. The food we finally received was fine, but there was no explanation, acknowledgement, or apology of any kind. This used to be "the good McDonald's" in our area, but now it has collapsed into the same abyss of understaffing and unreliability as most of the others."
"I try to avoid this McDonald’s as much as possible. I am giving three stars for how fast they moved the drive thru. I ordered a vanilla iced coffee and it came as coffee straight up with ice cubes. Where’s my vanilla flavoring?"
"One of the worst McDonald's ever. I stopped in here on my way to Milwaukee to get a quick bite and use the restroom. The service was slow to begin with, not a clean table in the place and in the restroom I was afraid to touch the sink. I know staffing may be difficult right now but this place was terrible. The building looked nice and new but the service and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I will never stop at this location again."
