"Ordered pizza and they were under staffed. Waited 1.5 hours until we decided to call for a status... they refused to answer the phone despite multiple attempts. Went on site and while they explained they were understaffed and apologized (understandable and easily forgiven) the manager refused to apologize for not updating the app eta or answer their phones so we aren't left waiting (they were still another 1.5 hours behind). 0 stars if we could."

"Second time in the last few months that I order for delivery on Sat night. Expected delivery time 17-27 mins, after an hour wait, I just drove to the store to pickup my order and was met with sub-par customer service and empathy. Not impressed at all and will go with a frozen pizza next time."

"They delivered raw dough with slightly melted cheese. I couldn’t even get ahold of anyone in the store to ask how to cook this so it’s safe to eat at home OR get a refund. I’ll be doing a charge back on my credit card- does the franchise owner know you shut your phones off 2 hours before your posted close time and you let customers sit on hold for an hour? This “meal” cost 10$ in delivery fees and tip on top of inedible food cost! Crazy."
