"Decided with my department at Amazon to order for the team, I understand if you forget to bag up one item, but a whole burger, shrimp and couple orders of chicken tenders is too much. Order was under the name Grady, he had to run back to Culver's from work to pick up missing food.. smh.. never again."
"horrible visit, such a disappointment. the food quality was below horrible. ordered a 4 piece tender basket, double butter burger basket subbed cheese curds and scoop of vanilla ice cream. THIRTY DOLLARS. and i receive 2.5 pieces of chicken. the tenders should be considered nuggets. definitely not worth the money. & cheese curds were cold. we got parked and waited 20 minutes and my ice cream was MELTED by the time it got to my car. disgusting. Owners really need to manager their staff & seriously improve their time management."
"Spent $23 on an 8 piece chicken strips. They were all burned! It was NOT busy. The drive thru guy was friendly & accurate so was the guy who brought the food to the car. Used to come here all of the time — no more. My kid won’t eat the burned strips — they’re disgusting! Even the cheese curds are over done. Probably because they have very young teens working. Please supervise them better!"
"March 2, 2024: TWELVE staff members with an average age around 17 years old, and yet all the registers were un-attended. The two giggling order prep gals had their hair barely restrained. One had her dark chin-length bangs falling forward. The second gal had half of her dark pony-tail flipped to her front. There was only once young woman who had her lighter hair appropriately controlled."
"Service was quick and the food is a classic staple. Even though there was a long line when I came in today, it seemed to go very fast. There were multiple people working the registers which definitely helped. All the employees were polite and helpful. The establishment was also very clean and well-kept. The custard and curds are fantastic! Must try if you don't have a Culver's near you."
