From the moment I walked through the doors the first time a couple years, it was evident that this was no ordinary vacuum store. The owner Paul, who I had the privilege of meeting, truly knows his stuff. His knowledge and expertise in the world of Kirby vacuums were immediately apparent. He was not just a store owner but he and his father before him are passionate advocates for the Kirby brand. His enthusiasm for these vacuums was infectious, and it was clear that he believed in the quality and performance of Kirby products also patient and willing to answer all of my questions. He took the time to explain the unique features and benefits of Kirby vacuums and various attachments, ensuring that I left with a clear understanding of what makes these machines stand out in the market and how to maximize performance. In an age where customer service often falls short, this Kirby store shone brightly as a beacon of excellence. The owner is a true professional who genuinely care about their customers and the products they represent. I left the store feeling confident in my choice to invest in a Kirby vacuum and inspired by the outstanding service I had received. A couple years later after buying a used Kirby I felt Paul could do it some additional good, I dropped it off for a rebuild and my old G2000 Unit looks and runs brand spanking new, and he even took the time to make the metal parts shine like they once did, its hard to believe that a vacuum that was designed and made over 20 years ago still outperforms and outlasts even the most pricey vacuums of today, and I feel like with this rebuild and just keeping up on the maintenance it should easily go another 20+ years. The fact that you can have a vacuum last that long makes the larger upfront cost totally a no brainer in the long haul everyone! "This is the 2nd time Kirby was in our neighborhood and the cops had to be called both times. Showing up at 7pm on a Friday and won't take no for an answer and just walks into the house uninvited. I would recommend you give your staff better training before one gets shot for going into the wrong house."

"Tonight a male from your company knock on our door at 7pm. He didn't say the company and asked if I heard of and said a name. I said no and then came inside. I said I would prefer he didn't due to medical issues and covid. He didn't leave and at this time I found it was kirby. He said he just gets to do this for free. I asked if he could get a mask for medical issue with our family and he wouldn't. I step back and after about 30 min and many attempts to come further into our house,, we demand he leave. He then took our "free gift", said he lied he didn't do this for free, called me old, and left all the filters of dirt on our what was clean couch. Now we are cleaning our place and disinfecting and because of this will never use your company."
