"Dear Mr Endres, My elderly parents had a water heater that failed earlier this spring. It was only a few years old and my parents were not happy with the original company that installed it. (The original company sold them a unit that was overkill for a two person household. I believe it was engineered for more of a commercial type installation) It failed on a Saturday, and I was very surprised that after emailing the manufacturer for assistance on a Saturday, I received an almost immediate response referring me to your company. Second surprise came when I reached out to your company and got another immediate response. Scott contacted me and we set up an appointment for Monday. If I remember correctly, Scott offered to make the service call during that weekend, but I didn't feel it was necessary. Mondays service call revealed that the tank was leaking which caused the ignitor to fail. Scott ordered a replacement which was covered by the manufacturers warranty. During the entire process Scott communicated with me and made sure that I understood all that was happening. Great experience,all my parents had to pay for was the labor to the plumber. Update; About six months later. My dad calls and tells me that there is no hot water. I find that the exact same thing has happened again, the tank is leaking. I email Scott, and after making the service call he confirms that the unit will need to be replaced again. I am not sure how many people Scott had to deal with and phone calls that were made, but I am guessing many. He went to bat for my dad and convinced the manufacturer to credit back the failed unit plus labor. This allowed for a conventional unit to be installed. Scott had one delivered within about 30 minutes and shortly thereafter my dad had hot water. I wholeheartedly would like to extend my gratitude towards Scott and your company for the empathy,professionalism and sincerity exhibited by your team and deserves appreciation.
