"Was here on Friday and the manager was horrible she looked like she didn’t even want to be there throwing sandwiches through the counter window for orders and they would unwrap as they were tossed. Idk her name but she don’t need to be in customer service if that’s how your gonna handle yourself. Leave your personal problems at the door before walking in. Some short chubby white girl is who I’m talking about I’m pretty sure she was managing. The only thing she was managing was keeping that attitude. Used to go here weekly but I will no longer be coming due to poor customer treatment."
"French fries where like they have been in old oil. My friend had curly fries and got bits and pieces, one full piece. French dip had hardly any Swiss cheese, but more meat. Will not go back to the Menomonee Falls Arby's. I ordered cheese sauce and there was 1/8 layer of cheese and it was terrible."
