"After placing a mobile order, what I received was a far cry from what I have come to expect from Jimmy John's. Of three sandwiches, all were incorrect: two were the wrong item (Big Johns were made instead of the Hunter's Clubs that were ordered), and all three ignored special condiment requests. When picking up the order inside, three of the four employees were found watching videos on a phone. I will not be returning to this location."

"Jimmy John’s has been one of my go-to spots for a good sandwich at a great value for 15 years. I’ve probably eaten at JJs more than all other restaurants combined during that timespan. It seems either this location or Jimmy John’s corporate decided to shrink the size and portions of their sandwiches significantly over the past few months. A noticeable decline in quality, portion/size, and value. It hardly feels like I’m getting a sandwich now - a couple pieces of meat is all that is put on a sandwich now. Bread seems to be lacking also - often dry and tastes like it is a day old. Service is hit or miss at this location as staff often do not greet customers in a consistent or professional manner. I’ve been a huge fan of the free add-ons in the past though I don’t bother at this location as staff almost always miss a couple items. No reason for me to come back to this location."

"bread was way over cooked to the point it’s hard to bite through. staff disrespectful. subs made horrible. i walked in and one of the staff didn’t even acknowledge us and was sitting in a booth eating fried chicken and took him about 5 min to even get behind the counter to take my order. then the kid went back to his friends and started eating friend chicken again and took about another 5 min before he helped the other customer. will never go back to this jimmy johns."

"Walked in and was hit by a basketball an employee was playing with. Once the sandwiches were ready I asked for a bag because it was a to go order, the employee pointed out the bags and told me bag the sandwiches if I wanted a bag. Surprised they didn’t ask me to make the food myself."

"Horrible! Don’t go to this location! My husband and I came in here a couple days ago and my card was double charged! The gentleman at the register had me put my card in again after I already did and it said it was approved. I was worried I was going to get charged again. So I checked my account and at first it showed the charges as pending and I showed the gentleman at the register. He said one would fall off eventually. I checked today and they both went through! I called and the manager made it sound like he thought I was lying! He told me the regional manager would be calling me. I have yet to hear anything. I can’t believe how I was treated! Not even an apology or anything! I tried to call back and called the other Germantown store and the manager there was a lot more helpful and basically told me to dispute it with my bank! I am still just in shock and can’t believe the poor customer service at the Jimmy Johns on Mequon Rd. We will never go back! Wish I could give them zero stars!"
