"Consistently not good. it's been 4-5 years since I've gotten good food from this location. today the orange chicken was pale and lacking sauce, flavor and texture. the entire bigger plate was lacking salt. fried rice tasted like fryer oil, really unappetizing. the Beijing beef was decent today, lacking salt though. This location needs help, the Oak Creek location which used to be my local spot always was on point and had excellent service too. Get like oak creek!"

"I placed my order through Doordash and I got a plate with veggies fried rice Kung pao chicken and Beijing beef. As I was eating it I thought I was just crunching on hard rice (like maybe from the bottom of the pot). Instead I started pulling these hard black pieces from my mouth. I started inspecting my food and I found it mixed all throughout the dish. I have no idea what this is or how much of it I ingested but it's not food. I thought it might just be burnt black bits of something but it feels like a hard plastic. Please be careful what you eat from here."

"It’s was really bad experience. I ordered online order, but I didn’t expect food will be so bad. Oily, you can taste black fried pieces from grill(or whether it’s was cooked). Cheese raggons tasted no too bad, but two of them were empty. At least normal chicken were in Kung Pao CKN. By the way ordered big plate, which mean two side dishes: I got only one: fried rice, but not a super greens. Not recommended shrimps, which I bought for extra price - disgusting."

"Placed an online order. Didn't realize it was close to closing time. Arrived and was told 15 minutes for food to cook (which would have been fine). Then 5 minutes later told they were out of 3/4 of the items in our order. They made some random substitutions. Arrived home with an inch of sauce in one bag. Worst experience we've had here. Online ordering should be cut off if it's too late to fulfill an order."
