"ALWAYS Double check your receipt after ordering and before they cook the food. I'm am consistently let down with incorrect meals. You may have ordered it the way you want it but they'll input it incorrectly. It's not the kitchens fault as it's made well. Just so seldom what I actually ordered."

"One of the workers (woman with blond hair-may be a manager) was very rude. After getting my food, I went out to the car, and went to grab my large fry, I noticed that the fries were no where near the amount of a large fry. So I went back in and said, “I don’t mean to be petty, but I ordered a large fry and this is all I got.” Some of the workers laughed, but the lady with the blonde hair said, “I filled this myself to the top!” I said, “no you didn’t!” She then asks to see my daughter’s bag, which we left in the car. I said, “what do you need to see her bag for? Her food has nothing to do with mine!” She continued to state that she know she filled it herself to the top. I proceeded to tell her that I did not need to lie, and I feel like she’s calling me a liar. One of the workers gave me a new fry. She continued to say things under her breath. I then said, “I’ll be calling corporate because this is ridiculous!” She then yells, “Go ahead, we aren’t corporate!” I then said, “well you do have a boss!” I then left as I had my daughter with me and I didn’t need her to see me go back and forth with this lady. I was highly upset. I definitely plan to call back up there tomorrow after I have calmed down and speak to the person who oversees this location (Germantown, WI). I won’t be returning. Her rudeness was highly uncalled for!"

"Fun and well coordinated staff made wait time short delivering a well prepared sandwich with fresh ingredients and crispy hot cheese curds."

"We have given this location SO many chances, but after today's experience I don't plan on coming back. I've ordered a chicken bacon cheddar sub numerous times, but this is the first I've received one where the meat was....pulverized? There wasn't a single decent "chunk" of chicken in my entire 7" sandwich. Just clumps of tiny meat pieces. I tried to eat it but had to toss it half-way through. Very unappetizing. My husband got a cheese steak and his wasn't much better. The fries and curds are good if you're able to get them hot, but that's about all I can recommend from this location."
