Caribou Coffee

"Two featured drip brews, one not brewed and the other had over an hour of completed brew time on it. Two staff people at the kiosk and no fresh coffee. I ended up buying a mocha for someone who had asked me to bring them a cup of coffee, and I had specifically gone to Caribou. Makes no sense."

"I have no issues with caribou coffee, but I am reviewing this location specifically. It is in the Hyvee grocery store, and the one time I went, a hyvee employee was behind the counter by herself and had no clue how to make any of the drinks, so she kept calling someone on her personal phone to ask what goes in all of the drinks, which took absolute ages. On top of that, she would stop and scratch her head (no gloves) over these open drinks…. To avoid ending up with a dandruff drink, I left the line without even ordering."

"The barista was so sweet to me. I was telling her a story and she listened to me while making a drink. They were so kind to all of us in line, and the fact they had 2 baristas made the line super fast. "

"There is a shortage of workers, so this weekend it has closed before 2 p.m. and the 1 person who was working today had to leave after 12:30 p.m. for at least 20 minutes to talk to another employee (a supervisor? about her work schedule?). They haven't had any food other than bakery and snacks in months and this afternoon they didn't have any bakery. The employee today provides very good service and the food and drinks here have always been very good. Usually the location is a pleasant and relaxing place to sit and has outlets for charging personal devices. Today however I had to witness a Hy-Vee customer calling an employee a nasty name. This location does not allow online ordering."
