"Coffee was good. Staff friendly and efficient. Busy time at 9:15am in Tuesday. A short wait for my coffee. There were a lot of online orders with people picking them up, even though the physical store did not look busy. Also a continuous line in the drive thru."

"This place is so backed up. Both drive thru and in store yet the baristas are taking their sweet time…. pausing for periods at a time to finish their chit chats. They also got ONE barista making the drinks. ONE. One girl is just walking back and forth doing nothing. One guy is wiping the counter behind bars at a speed of snail. One person on pastries but that person actually seems to be moving and doing stuff. Like they just seem sooo oblivious to how many people are standing around waiting on their drinks. The look on people are like STILL NOT READY??? And There they go again. STOPPING to chat. Come on!!! Place is so dirty too. Ugh. Probably one of the worst run Starbucks I have visited. This is a management issue! Poor management and it shows"

"If you're looking for a clean and well kept Starbucks DO NOT COME to this location. There were so many flies swarming the service station and an insane amount in the display case. The floors were littered with trash, tables were heavily sprinkled in crumbs and the trash was overflowing. I didn't order a drink because it was so gross but my friends who ordered said their drinks were fine but hastily made. Their cups were sticky with cross contaminated syrups from other orders. We ordered inside but the drive through line was insane."

"Went here through the drive-thru and received great service. The line is always crazy long, but they definitely have adapted and offer fast service. The barista I talked to last time was super helpful and friendly. The drinks were yummy and exactly what we wanted, not to mention really pretty as well!"
