"I visited several furniture stores before deciding on Penny Mustard. Kaylene made my shopping experience so easy. She came to my house and drew up several floor plans along with different fabric and rug choices. It made it easy to pick and choose what I liked and took away a lot of the angst of "am I making the right decision." The furniture was delivered and I am so happy with it!"
"So disappointing. Our brand new couch needed multiple repairs within a year. Penny mustard has our couch in for repairs and they have had it since the first week of May, now it’s almost September. We keep being given a time frame of 3 weeks, 3 weeks, 3 weeks. No communication unless I initiate it. Still same problems / status as when it was first taken to the warehouse it May. We thought by paying a little more (and locally) we would be getting better quality and customer care: Buyer beware."
"DO NOT BUY their bed mattress from this place. My husband and I had bought our bed mattress with the bedroom set back in July 2021. We even had followed all their instructions to maintain this mattress. But it has easily broke down within one year. I thought in 2022 I imagining it since I were pregnant but now in 2023 I was darn right. Penny Mustard Furniture store ABSOLUTELY HAD THE WORST BED MATTRESS I HAD EVER SLEEP ON! Do yourself a favor find a way better bed mattress somewhere else."

The furniture is wonderful quality, fits the room perfectly and very comfortable. We couldn’t be more pleased."
