"I went to Kohl's to get money back cuz they were running a sale and the person I dealt with was so good. Kind friendly and accurate. I hope they give that person a raise. She was all over customer service. What a great and wonderful experience!"
"I love Kohl’s. Or I should say I used to love Kohl’s Before I got their credit card. I have never had so much trouble trying to use one Little card. When I got my first card,, After I paid directly at the store, suddenly a $40 charge showed up on the card balance. I knew that was ridiculous because I had a zero balance since I had already paid in person. I canceled that card and requested a new one. When I went to Kohl’s for the first time in months on March 6, I attempted to use the card and was told it was invalid multiple times. Thankfully the clerk use my drivers license and got things to work. But I don’t trust Kohl’s so I called the number for customer service and canceled the card again this being card number two, and requested a new one. Let’s see if that works or if I’ll have another bogus charge on my bill. Totally ridiculous and useless"
