"Update… As of today, Tuesday, August 31, 2021, I have not received any type of communication from Nann regarding resolution. At this point, I wouldn’t trust them to follow through on their word. If I could separate the scoring to have numbers for the sales team and numbers for the product I would. Although, the sales team did sell me an overall bad product so I guess the two stars will just have to reflect on them too. The salesman, Todd, does a great job selling inferior products. He is a great guy who is personable and helpful. Although now I have carpet in my house I learn after installation can’t be vacuumed because the piling comes up. All over the house I put this terrible carpet and everywhere it has been coming up. They sent out some one to look at the carpet. The representative said the carpet should be replaced and he would have someone get a hold of me regarding replacement. That call never came. I called them weeks later to see the progress of the claim only to learn the manufacture didn’t want to replace the carpet saying the piling coming up isn’t covered under warranty. I was told by Todd he will look into this further and get back to me. It’s been over a month now. I doubt I’ll be getting that call. They have my money. I don’t think I’ll be going back. I feel I bought a product that doesn’t live up to what it was hyped to. It sure is not durable."

Starting with our salesperson, Mike, he listened to our needs and made recommendations that ended up being perfect for us. The carpet we chose is soft, durable, and will clean up easily ... just what we needed. The installation crew was also great to work with from the time they came to our home and throughout the entire process. They were professional, courteous, and cleaned up everything. "This was the first time dealing with Malkin's. The salesman made several suggestions that really helped us prepare for the Luxury vinyl flooring installation. We replaced the kitchen flooring and the entry hallway which was concrete with tile on it. The installer made some suggestions that really made the difference. When he installed the kitchen floor it was perfect all around the kitchen cabinets with one piece of vinyl. It was so close that we did not have to replace the toe molding.I also included some photo's showing the prep work and installed floor. It turned out to be a perfect installation. Very good communication and a real team effort."

"This was my first order/installation with Malkin's. Debra was my sales consultant, and she was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me select the perfect flooring for my four-season room. Their store is huge - lots of brands and options. They sent an installation expert to my home to look at the room, and he worked with me to devise the best way to install the floor. Once the floor was ordered, only about a week passed before I was called to set up the installation. The installer did a great job, cleaned up, and was personable. The whole process was efficient from start to finish."
