"Our sales associate was friendly, the delivery individual crew was as equally friendly. I purchased a desk that needed to be assembled, and the boxes were damaged as well as a piece inside the box. Steinhafels delivery crew took photos of the delivered items, and they are claiming they have no photos, and I would need to call the manufacturer for replacement. So disappointing."
"The sales person was very nice. However one of the 3 items we were purchasing was not available for 2 months. Even through we were paying 179 dollars for delivery we were informed we would have to pay an additional amount to have the unavailable item delivered at a later day. They would not budge on this. I just felt that it would be good for customer relations to waive the second delivery charge since the item was not available. Instead they lost our sale and future business."
"I found the experience very pleasant. I was greeted by Craig as soon as I arrived, and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. We truly enjoyed our new chairs on Thanksgiving. The one issue we had was resolved. We picked up a replacement chair on Friday."
