"Warning. Stay away from all of their fish and seafood. I just returned what was supposed to be King Crab and somebody scammed the store by taking legs off dead or ones too full of parasites to legally sell. Then they broke off the bigger spines and literally boiled the hell out of them. Once I steamed a couple of legs for dinner, I thought they looked really odd with big holes in them. Never got them from Sendiks that way. The meat was all shriveled with absolutely no flavor. Luckily they gave me all of my money back but, dinner last night still sucked. However, it wasn't the first time but, it was definitely the last. The first time was when I bought what I thought was fresh smelt. It should have been thrown out at least 2 days before I bought it and I just threw it outside in the dumpster. The first time was when I bought a jar of Ma Baenches herring in sour cream. I sat down with it when I got home in front of the TV with a fork. It's a good thing I didn't spear a chunk without looking. It was covered in mold. That I brought back. The last thing is that, unfortunately, since they started mixing that stuff called Diamond Lean (which is from Mexico and supposedly "Beef" right in with normal beef has made me leery of even buying meat there. I don't even think it's labeled as from Mexico anymore because it was at first when it was in a separate case and now I don't see it on them anymore. I'm guessing that they weren't legally required to do that anymore. I know people are getting fooled into thinking they got a good deal on T-Bone steak and I wouldn't be surprised if it was horsemeat because I never tried it. It looked too weird. Almost like Walmart. I looked at their meat department and everything looked like it came off of a factory conveyor belt only 5 minutes before. Everything just looked too perfect and fresh off the cow. I knew that it all had to have been treated heavily with chemicals. Walked away and never even go to the food section if I have to go to that store for something. I went by the Menomonee Falls Woodman's the other day and went right back home. I wouldn't shop there unless I had concealed and carry permit and believe me I'd definitely be packing. Since I don't want to spend $1,000 dollars and have to be strapped just to buy groceries. They're OUT. My last option is Germantown Sentry and if they're okay I'll see if I can find a new apartment there close enough to walk if necessary. If anyone reading this wondered why not pick & save. The last time I was there I just came for one particular item and at the checkout I just handed my card to them and said throw it away, give to someone, or whatever. I don't need it since I'm never shopping here again. That was a year ago. In short. I'm shopping for a new grocery store. Thank you."

"Always very friendly and very helpful. Today I saw one of the grocery baggers help an Army Vet out by taking her grocerys to her car so she didn't have to. I was very proud of that young man. Good to see that in this day and age."

"If you want to take a trip back to the early 2000s this is where you need to go. Appears that not a single update has been made. It's a smaller store but will do in a pinch. Prices I would say are higher than other stores for similar items. The produce wasn't terrible. Service was quick and friendly. While it is not a place I would go to for a full grocery trip, it gets the job done for a few items here or there."
