"I took my vacuum cleaner in. It would not shut off. After I picked it up, I noticed that it was eating my rug. I took it back. They replaced things that weren’t necessary. Still ate my rug. Took it back again. Put new wheels on it. Put more things on it that were not necessary. It still eats my rugs. I don’t know what they did to it. It never ate my rugs before. Still eats my rugs."

"I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of this business. The brush roll of my vacuum stopped working so I brought it in for repair. After leaving it for analysis, the guys at 3G called and advised that it was working fine now and they couldn’t duplicate the issue (the drive over must have wiggled whatever was off into place). 3G could have easily fabricated a problem and “fixed” it and I would have been none the wiser, but they were extremely professional instead. If I have future issues I will definitely be back, and would recommend them to anyone!"
