"Sales signs were extremely misleading. Went to buy a flannel shirt for our great grandson. A sign on the right of the hanger bin contained a message of 50% off flannel shirts. Likewise a sign on the left was for 50% off. The flannel shirt we picked wasn’t on sale. Likewise two other items we picked out for our great granddaughters were not on sale, but the signs in the immediate area were for 50% off. Bought everything we needed, close to what we would have bought at Old Navy, at other stores in the mall. Saved at least what we would have paid at Old Navy had we not been misled. Won’t be going to Old Navy again."
