"I bought a heater that said it was on sale for 40 dollars off list and got to check out and it said the item was not on sale, checkout called manager we went to where the price tag was, manager acknowledged they tagged it wrong and gave me the heater for sale price. Very impressive, love shopping here on regular basis, now even more! Kudos to the team!"

"Brought in a virtually new skid steer tire/rim to be changed out due to tire damage. I specifically asked if they had the correct equipment to do the job and was assured they did. Upon inspection of the rim, after the work was completed, there were deep gouges, sharp burrs, and scratches in multiple locations. Response was that it was the only way to hold the rim for the installation. I understand things happen but needless to say I won't be returning for tire service."

"We have encountered the same problem twice now and we can’t deal with it anymore. There is a man with a long beard in the automotive center with a racist attitude towards people who don’t speak English as the primary language and towards people who don’t know a lot about cars. We had our first encounter with an amazing guy who helped us with a flat tire. When I came back to pick it up, this rude bearded associate, as well as a tall white woman, laughed at me because we were requesting to change a tire (due to an advice of a previous mechanic because I didn’t know about that subject) even when we told them that we would pay extra for it if it was necessary. We decided to give the place a second try because this first associate was kind and comprehensive. We scheduled an alignment appointment but due to a medical problem I wasn’t able to go with my husband, who doesn’t speak English fluently, to the appointment. He called me furious because he had another encounter with this bearded man and he was completely rude towards him once again. My husband politely asked him to use his translator to tell him what was wrong but he directly denied to help him with that and kept talking about the part that needed to be fixed. My husband had to call me, WHILE I WAS IN THE HOSPITAL BED, because he could just not simply leave without understanding what was the problem with the piece and the car. This behavior is completely unacceptable and racist. It’s amazing how some of your workers can threat so bad someone because of their lack of knowledge on a subject even when they are fully paying customers."

"Nothing personal against the workers at the store auto service dept I signed up for 4 tire replace/ alignment back in mid October waited for tires to arrive first appointment was changed technician was ill. next appointment changed technician ill no email was sent with time of service i missed that appointment called the store was transfered to customer service that scheduled another appointment for the 20th November just walked in and had nothing scheduled for me I will not recommend any type of service from this place going forward"
