"I had went in to find a new winter coat. There were plenty to choose from and the store was laid out nicely. I needed a longer coat for my lifestyle and didn't find too many that I was happy with. On the clearance rack I found one that seemed perfect. There was only one and in my size. When I tried it on the fit was perfect. So it was the coat I was going to purchase. When I went to the checkout counter the lady that waited on me was phenomenal. She knew about the material in the coat and told me all about it. She also asked if I wanted to sign up for a perks program that would allow lifetime zipper replacement. Since the reason I needed a new coat was because the zipper broke I told her to sign me up. It was an overall great experience shopping there. And I think hope to have Julie wait on me the next time I shop for a coat."

"Had a pretty bad customer experience with two of the three retail sales associates. Made me feel like I was a nuisance and I felt awkward the whole time. I ended up buying the product because I felt bad for them having to help me. Had my significant other make the return later in the day after I tried the clothes on at home because I didn't want to interact with them. When making the return, the woman looked over at the associate making the exchange and laughed out loud after seeing the pants in a mocking way and said she was clocking out. The product and scenario fleshed out; I was interested in a pair of pants displayed. It was one of three pairs left in the store. The two on the rack were size 38 and 40. The displayed pair didn't have tags so I asked for assistance. It ended up being a size 32 (my normal size is 30-31) I offered to try on a 30 and a 32 of a different but similar pair of pants to make sure they would fit before they took the manikin down because of their complaints. They had already made it very clear they did not want to take the display down. Seeing how it was the last of three left, it had to come down anyway...? The size 32 I tried on fit so I went for it. The two continued to complain the entire time so I continued to browse in a different section because I was embarrassed.. I ended up buying the pair to try to justify their "hard work" and figured it would fit anyway. Theeeeen my card got declined - it was locked due to spending outside of my hometown. I jumped out of line to grab my girlfriend's card and ran back as to not hold up the line. The woman helping me didn't acknowledge I had returned and continued to help the entire line. After 6 or so customers and her not even looking at me I went to the end of the line and waited my turn - which isn't the issue. It was that she ignored me that bothered me and made me feel unwelcome. I ended up checking out with a different associate and left. Then the return process of her laughing at my gf.. over all, I feel like there were several, low effort, tweaks she could have made to make the whole interaction completely unremeberable. I apologized the whole time, I tried to make there lives easier whenever I could have but I feel like the only thing I could have done is not showing up. Not all bad, I did get a pretty rad pair of titanium pants that did fit. And I love those so far!"

"Everytime i shopped there in the past everyone was very nice and helpful. Not this time, i walked in and a bunch of the employees were standing in the front of the store and not a one said hello or anything they all just stared. I was looking for a size L or xL and asked if they had any in back or when they were getting more an employee said rudely i don't know why don’t you look online then. I then left, everything i looked at from mens to womens was all size xs or m."
