"They have a lot of. stuff. If you need it, take a look."

"The one male manager is always really rude for some reason. The selection is fine, though some prices are unreasonable for used product where you could buy the same new for less. Don't even look at the stuff behind the building. Half is priced, the other half isn't and if you accidently grab the wrong thing, that's one of the things that makes the manager guy rude (though there was no signage indicating anything at the time), so maybe he just remembers us. The parking lot is also tricky, if you want a full list of grievances."

"This place is very overpriced! Most of the used tools I looked at were priced at or above the new retail price. Make sure to check amazon or eBay before you purchase anything from here! The sad part is a lot of people shop here because they raise money to help people but that doesn’t mean I am going to pay higher than retail for used items."

"Overpriced on a lot of items, you might get lucky with a few things. Was looking at a decent turntable, but it didn't work properly. I showed the "manager" that it didn't work properly. They said I could take it home for 7 days and if it didn't work, I could bring it back. Why bother? And what's with people donating broken items?"

"I stopped in this restore on Saturday August 27th and saw a clock that I liked in the Christmas section. Unfortunately it did not have a battery cover and there was no price tag anywhere so I inquired on the price. A large heavy set man with glasses helped me and stated that he would not be able to sell me the item until he looked for the battery cover in the Christmas section later on in the day. I told him that I lived in Milwaukee so I guess I wouldn't be able to purchase the item then. If their goal is to make money for charity you think that they would have made a price up on the spot and sold me the item. Obviously they make enough money where they don't have to provide customer service. The whole situation turned me off and I will not shop in the store again ever!!!!"
