"I was traveling around the country, they had pretty good stuff but, BUT attitude of the employees was truthfully not worth it. They would make fun of you in front of your face, , or they would make fun of others or customers in front of you. Disgusting behavior and not something something that I or anyone else would support. Get better employees."

"I absolutely love to shop at Hot Topic, I have gone to many stores threw out my life and I have never experienced such a negative atmosphere. When I arrived I was on a phone call so I didn't expect to be greeted , yet as soon as I was done it felt like I was a ghost. I was not acknowledged once and the two girls in the store were talking amongst themselves completely ignoring me. I found a couple of outfits I wanted to try on, but not once did I get offered help. I suffer from social anxiety so after 30 minutes of waiting around and feeling completely overwhelmed I put my items back and left the store. Do not go to this store its not worth it. Your better off buying from the online store."
"My daughter loved it here. The staff was super nice and they had tons of deals ! I would have given it 5 stars but it was hot and I think the air conditioning was broken or something."
