Initially Sharon gave us a reasonable quote among the several companies we shopped around. During templating and design, her crew very patiently explained all the options we have for layout and we were able to choose a design solution that we are really satisfied. On the installation date, her crew showed up on time and did a beautiful job. More than one year after job completion, one seam between two slabs becomes slightly more obvious. This is due to domino effect which to our understanding is very common in Bay area. Sharon acted quickly and send her crew within the same week to fix the seam.
