"Time to ghost Casper. They’re not friendly anymore. $230 Glow lights that last exactly one day after warranty expires and when you call customer service their solution is to just buy new ones again. Yeah, let me sleep on that one, but definitely not on a Casper mattress."

"My husband and I did mattress shopping and went to multiple locations. Did research on Consumer Reports, and Casper Hybrid has very high ratings. Tried not only Casper but Sealy Posture and Tempur Pedic. The reasons we decided on Wave Snow. 1) Very minimal movement of my partner felt during the night (Cal King). 2) very comfortable sleeping on my back , and side. I suffer from chronic neck and shoulder pain, and this has been great for me. 3) The salesperson John , was very helpful and not pushy. The salesperson at a couple of other mattress sales stores were very aggressive. Pick up of old mattress, once the arrived went smoothly. They were about 3 hours delayed from the window time. The delivery and set up was also delayed by several hours, but also went very smoothly once they arrived. This was the only inconvenience, as we spent the entire day waiting on both . Not the fault of the store."

"The staff here are so accommodating and knowledgeable without sounding like snake oil salesmen. Joanna had an answer for every query I had; for an entire hour I was there just asking mattress questions, even keeping her there an extra half hour after closing. I highly recommend these comfortable mattresses, especially if fitting it into your car is a problem; it comes vacuum sealed in a box that can fit across your backseat. Just bring it home, pop the bag, and watch it inflate itself like a sponge coming back to life. The pillows and sheets are comfortable as well. And remember you can look up all kinds of discounts too! I got 20% off of my mattress, sheets, pillows, and blanket."

They've got a nice setup where you can try out the mattresses ahead of time, which gets around a big problem I've had with committing to an mattress bought online. Tracie there provided truly exceptional customer service -- way above and beyond expectations. We were concerned about environmental impact and were considering different bases that contained drawers. Tracie sent us information not just on Casper products but also competitor bases that might meet our needs. She even followed up to let us know of an upcoming Black Friday sale."
