"The sales person at the time assure me that the best last for a very long time. However, after only 13 months the foam started bulging on the right side of my ILE bed. I called customer service and they want it me to pay $500 dollars on a bed that spent $8,000 because they told me it would be good to buys the adjustable frame 3 which is twice the price of the bed. I'm never buying another bed which I was thinking of doing this week but I'm going back to tempur pedic. Horrible quality"

"My wife and I recently purchased a Sleep Number bed from the Riverside store and couldn’t be happier. The service from Jason and the other staff was excellent. Jason took the time to explain the features of the various mattresses and had us try multiple mattresses to figure out which features we liked the best. There was no high pressure sales, which we were really happy about. Not only was the in store experience excellent, but the delivery was excellent as well. We received a call from the delivery staff the morning of the delivery and when they were on the way to our house. When they arrived with the mattress, they made sure to put on shoe covers before they went upstairs to the bedroom, which my wife and I really appreciated. They were quick and efficient and even put on the mattress encasement we had purchased for our Cal King , which we really appreciated. I highly recommend Sleep Number Riverside and would definitely purchase from them again."
