"I bought a lot of furniture here. Many pieces of furniture came with damage, but they didn’t do anything for that. When I first called to them they said they will fix it, but after that, they never picked up my phone. And I also file a claim to BBB, but still they didn’t respond for that. Please never use this shop. After you buy furniture, you will never get any service or warranty. Even this is illegal, there is nothing you can do. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Additional information: I bought not only West elm furniture, but also some recliners which are from the Milano. And the recliner started not to work one month after I bought it, but I couldn't get any response from them. They mentioned that there is zero problem in their furniture, but this is already lie. There is no any company in the world who has no defect in there product. And also before I bought the West elm furniture, they said if there is a problem, they asked me to contact them if there is any problem then they will solve the problem, but they didn't do anything for the issue. They said they asked me to contact West elm, but that is not true. They just didn't respond to me at all. I didn't hear anything from them. If you don't want to struggle from these kind of issues, please don't buy anything from this store. Later on, I found all they said were lie and fake, and I also found this store is even more expensive than other stores."

"Never ever buy anything from this store. The seller is really good in convincing you to buy the items and making stories about the quality. I bought this expensive recliner and sofa from the store and I was told that it's a hundred percent genuine leather. Only after some time sofa started peeling. I talked with the seller and told about the problem and he told me that he can't do anything and suggested me to apply the shoe polish. Really, that's the way you treat your customers and make money by cheating them. I'm kind of stuck with this expensive fake leather couch. Please please do not buy anything from the store. Later you going to regret it."

"I cannot say enough great things about my experience with James and Milano Furniture. My fiancée and I recently purchased a full living room furniture set from James, and the entire experience from beginning to end was truly great. First off, please understand this: furniture is very much a "you get what you pay for" type of thing. If you purchase a couch for a few hundred bucks, it's not fair to leave negative reviews and hurt a small company when it doesn't last. We purchased a new sectional sofa, coffee table and sofa table for our living room, along with a black leather recliner and a dining room table and chairs. James helped guide us through our options and explained the type of quality we would get for our money, and made excellent recommendations on color and style. He let us know delivery would be 2-3 weeks, and without fail I got a call as promised. Our recliner was no longer available, and so he offered us another we liked at no additional cost, and still had it available in time for delivery without any delay. On delivery day, he was 5 minutes early, personally helped load the furniture into our home with his partner, and got it all positioned and looking great. How often does the person who sells you a couch also deliver and load it into your home? Thank you, James, for an amazing experience. We will be back soon to buy our bedroom set, and will continue to let people know about our great experience with you."
