"We ordered a coach on President’s day weekend from Basset in Dublin and it was supposed to be delivered first week of May. We have not received the coach as of June 11,2022 and whenever We call them they are so rude and making excuses. We are so disappointed of them and the way they handles customer service.We know for sure that this will be the last time buying furniture frome Bassette."

We were just adding an ottoman to match our previous purchase, but he took the time to help us find just the right size and height. With Covid going crazy right now, we appreciated that he wore his mask properly and maintained appropriate personal space. Now if they would only do something about the 50 year old depressing music in the store, it would be a perfect shopping experience."
