"It used to be my favorite store to shop at but inventory and some customer service has really gone down hill .. I miss the pre covid best buy seems like all businesses are going digital and alot of us don't like it its not safe when hacking is on the rise"
"I think this Best Buy is an alright location, and things are organized enough. I do prefer the Dublin location over this one, though, because it seems like areas are set up in a more cohesive manner. I'm sure the employees are nice, which is why I'm not docking off a star."
"There is ALWAYS a line at customer service and they don’t seem to care how long people have been waiting. It’s bad optics when it looks like there are so many agents roaming the floor while there’s just one person behind the customer service counter. Maybe they do that intentionally; it definitely makes me think twice about coming to this location. When you do get service, they’re nice and helpful."
"I love this store everyone is so helpful. I had a great conversation with another customer and a sales person tonight about the echo homes, nest and starlight. I learned a lot and was asked numerous times throughout my shopping if I had any questions. When I needed an item that was locked up grinding an employee was not a task."
"I have been a long time promoter and advocate of Best Buy. Today I went to the Pleasant Hill location in orderto return a few items. One item was about 45 days after return and I had gotten it because I was planning to shop for a friend for the holidays. I found out that they had gotten one and attempted to return the item. When I presented the unopened product to the advocate he informed me that it was over a 15 day return policy.... 15 days?! Who does a 15 day return policy and who would not take an unopened product that could be easily put back into circulation. Especially from someone that has purchased 10s of thousands of dollars worth of merchandise. I was told that they could have done it if I had some rewards program. I'm not sure what this rewards program is but I just got done spending a thousand + dollars building a computer for my son. I'm still not sure if this could have benefited me in some way but I still know nothing about this program and am unhappy that the manager on duty only leveraged it as to sell it to me now with no benefit. I brought up that if I'd known about it, with as much money as I spent there, I'd be a member if it was worth more than just an extended return policy. I got a shrug and was not given any info on it. I received a gift card for the product instead of my requested credit card refund, at the very least, but I will not be a Best Buy customer anymore. I will be paying off my credit card and not bringing my business to the company. I'm very disappointed that a 70.00 product and a stubborn manager with terrible business acumen is going to be the reason I shop elsewhere."
