"Store is well stocked and is most convenient for a quick stop by from an errand In the city. I love how you can go in and out finding what you need easily."

"The store is always clean and the employees are nice, but it's becoming nearly impossible to shop there because of the obnoxious amount of items that are locked up. I know for a fact that Target has very strict LP and a million cameras. If youre still having trouble with shoplifting, locking things up isnt going to help. It really only punishes customers who have to flag down employees, and employees who have to waste time unlocking everything for customers. You think people cant still shoplift an item once it's been unlocked? Give me a break. Pass this message on to Target corporate please. Thanks"

"This store is criminally understaffed. Half of the shelves are empty, the other half have locks on basic goods like toothpaste. Employees are nowhere to be found to unlock the cases, the customer service line is quite literally 40 people long, and the Pizza Hut isn’t staffed. Add to that the carts lock halfway across the parking lot. Don’t mind me while I carry 3 boxes of diapers and my 1 year old while trying and failing to hold the hand of my 3 year old in a very busy parking lot because our cart locked not even halfway to the car. Oh look, I got to the car and I’m missing a $40 box of diapers from the chaos and it’s long gone. This target is awful, i’ll drive to Walnut Creek instead if I truly need target even though this is 3 minutes from my house."

"The last two times we’ve gone have been a bad experience and both times were because of the same employee- Ruth. I approached her asking for paper towels so I can sanitize the cart I was grabbing since the roll was empty immediately she answered with “we don’t have anything” so I again let her know what I can use to wipe down the cart and she claims target has nothing. So safety isn’t a concern for them anymore and they are not cleaning shopping carts anymore. I walked over to the Starbucks inside and asked for napkins there, explaining to them why I wanted some and I was just trying to be safe, luckily they said yes and handed me some. VERY appreciative for that Starbucks employee. Second trip Ruth was on registers. When trying to put my number on the pin pad, midway, it disappears so I tell my partner to let her know I wasn’t done. Now I work retail so all of that isn’t new to me. She doesn’t even try to help she just looks at us and asks “do you have the app” I let her know it’s a new phone and I don’t have the app installed yet. So she says “Download the app today and insert the receipt.” All because she couldn’t take an extra second to just pop it up so I can fully type in my phone #. From both experiences she shows laziness and poor customer service. Very disappointed that target isn’t prioritizing being clean and safe anymore."

"Consistently mostly untidy shelves, very poor selection of bathroom accessories, these shelves looking particularly pitiful see photo. For the time I've been coming here I don't recall these particular items ever being fully stocked and appealing they always look mostly like in the photo. Missing or hard to find price on some items - on ladders and steps there was no price on the shelf or on the products."
